Manage your subscription

Subscribe & Save is optional, and you're always in control. You can skip, pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees and no penalty.

Three ways to manage it

• Online: open Manage my subscription, enter the email you ordered with, and we’ll send you a secure link. No password needed.
• From any subscription email: every renewal reminder and order confirmation includes a link to manage your subscription.
• Email us: support@getjuniva.com and our team will make the change for you, typically within one business day.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please make changes at least 24 hours before your renewal date. If you're ever charged for an order you meant to cancel, contact us and we'll make it right.
