Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Kingsfoil LLC, doing business as Juniva ("Juniva," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from www.getjuniva.com (the "Site").

Information we collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including browser type, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we collect information about the pages you view and how you interact with the Site ("Device Information").

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information ("Order Information"). Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.

Advertising, analytics and email partners

We use tools from third parties to understand how our site is used, to measure whether our advertising works, and to send email you have asked to receive. These include:

Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. When you visit our site, view a product, add an item to your cart, start checkout or place an order, information about that action is shared with Meta, along with identifiers such as your IP address, browser details, cookie identifiers and, where you have provided them, a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address or phone number. Meta uses this to measure and deliver our advertising and may use it under its own privacy policy.
Klaviyo. We use Klaviyo to send marketing and order-related email. Klaviyo receives your email address, your order history and information about how you interact with our site and emails.
Shopify. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes orders and payments on our behalf.

Sharing information with advertising partners in this way may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising", under some U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time using the "Your privacy choices" or "Do not sell or share my personal information" link in the footer of our site, or by emailing support@getjuniva.com. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser where the law requires it.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

Sharing your information

We share your information with service providers who help us operate the Site and fulfill orders (such as our e-commerce platform, fulfillment partner, payment processor, subscription and review apps, shipping carriers, and email/advertising vendors). We may also share information to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain data sharing. Data retention

We retain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it, and as required to comply with our legal obligations.

Children

The Site is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. Changes are effective when posted to this page.
